If you have authorized No NDA to do so, we may receive information about your vehicle's health and condition (but never your vehicle location) from the application. If you have authorized information to be sent to us about your vehicle's health and condition, it will be sent to us after the trip is completed, which means we do not have access to your vehicle's movements, nor do we track your vehicle's condition in real time. We may use the information we receive to communicate with you about your vehicle's service needs, including for marketing purposes, and to understand your vehicle's health history during maintenance or repair visit. We only receive this information if the vehicle purchaser has expressly authorized No NDA to share it with us. We do not guarantee that the vehicle health information is accurate or complete, and this application is intended to supplement, and not replace, maintenance and repairs as recommended by the vehicle's manufacturer and your personal mechanic.
